Release Notes v1.0.8 - 17 July 2024

On 17 July 2024 we released into production a new version of the PS+ software, this was an enhancement release affecting the 3D viewer and Project management interfaces.

On the project management side, we fixed the limitation where only 20 PDF/JPG Files could be added to each project. Additional pagination was added on this page to make it easier to manage your files.

In the 3D viewer, we have made enhancements to improve your user experience. A volume box selection tool was added to our crop/clip feature, this makes it easier to select the area you would like to focus in on while cropping. This cropped view can also be converted into a downloadable clip.

For Enterprise customers, we have added the ability to have a real-world background map layer shown behind the point cloud. Additionally, a mini map is also displayed to show the camera location and orientation to the viewer. Please contact our Support Team should you like to join the beta test group for this functionality.

More detailed information about this release is listed in the sections that follow. We look forward to hearing your feedback on our release and welcome your suggestions for features you want to see added to our system in the future.
